RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days (only for selected goods) after you receive the items. Please contact us through live chat at our website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return items back to us.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products with special promotions, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping labels will be emailed to you once we authorize your shipping and you may follow the instructions in the email to return the items to us. The items should be return to us within a week of receiving the email.
Please note that buyers always pay for the return shipping and additional 20% fees will be charged for restocking process. We have right to decline return requests that do not meet the requirements mentioned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the items. Please contact us anytime to check your return and refund status.
